Examples:You have just arrived to meet a friend/ She is waiting for you. You ask: How long have you been waiting me.

You see somebody fishing by the river. You ask: How many fish have you caught?

Some friends of yours are having a party next week. You ask: How many people have you invited?

Look! Somebody has broken that window.

You look tired. Have you been working hard?

My brother is an actor. He has appeared in several movies.

"Sorry I'm late." "That's all right. I havn't been waiting long"

I have lost my address book. Have you been seeing it anywhere?

I have read the book you lent me, so you can have it back now.

Hi, Jenny. I haven't seen you for weeks. What have you been doing lately? Studying.
