When we use both/neither/either with of, you always need the/those/these /my/your/his etc.
After neither of ... you can use a singular or a p lural verb.
We can also
use both/neither/either alone:
Do you want tea or coffee? Either.
Is he British or
American? Neither . He is Australian.
